FANDANGO TRADING POLICY:

 

Here at Fandango Trading we strive for customer satisfaction and in order to accomplish there needs to be a certain degree of understanding between us and our customers. To accomplish this we have formalized our policy to avoid confusion from either side.

WHOLESALE TERMS:

Opening order minimum $10

No reorder minimum

Established accounts: Net 30

First order must be prepaid via Paypal or by phone

Orders will usually ship within 2-3 business days (after approval)

Complimentary shipping within continental US for orders over $1500

 

PAYMENT:

By phone: Credit Card

By mail (only available for established accounts: Check

 

 

ORDERS:

By adding items to your order you are not finalizing your purchase order but rather obtaining a quote from us.

After your quote request is submitted we will review your order and update you with any changes in item availability, along with shipping charges. (Usually within 2-3 business days)

We will then email a finalized invoice for your approval.

Once approved your order will be shipped out to you.

 

SHIPPING:

Our shipments are insured but it is your responsibility to verify their arrival condition and notify us of any damages within 2 business days. You should also note any visible package damages on delivery note.

NO DAMAGES WILL BE CREDITED IF NOT REPORTED WITHIN 2 DAYS.

 

30 DAY RETURN POLICY:

As a general rule our company guarantees all products that we sell as follows:

  1. The product is free of physical damage.
  2. The products ordered by the account are correct at the time of delivery.

 

If any product sold by us is not in a satisfactory condition at the time of delivery, we will take it back for full credit.

 

Before returning any item to our store you should contact us first to verify that you qualify for a refund.  If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable). Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at fandangotrading@hotmail.com.
